The most meaningful thing I’ve been described as, is helpful. As a therapist, our main objective is to help our clients meet their personal goals.
I do not force a particular type of therapy on my clients. There are a plethora of counseling techniques to choose from and I work to make sure the modality of counseling is a right fit for each client.
Discuss the issues you see in your relationships and break down the things that are most important to see a change with. Identity any cognitive dissonance problems that may hinder our progress. Take steps toward positive changes in meeting our goals.
My speciality is people who are experiencing relationship problems related to parenting. If the stress of being a parent is putting strain on your relationship with your spouse or your children I want to help alleviate the things causing those issues
I am able to offer counseling virtually. You don’t have to live in a certain zip code or spend time traveling to seek my services.
I have been married for almost ten years and maintaining that relationship with my spouse has taken hard work, dedication and care. I know it’s not always easy, and I am prepared to take that walk with you and your families.
