My clients would describe me as relatable based off of our shared experiences of being Asian American and navigating the issues associated with that.

My approaches are person centered and I believe that my clients are the experts in themselves and they know what treatment options would be best for them. I empower my clients to make the decisions that are the best fit for them.

Together we will focus on your goals and how to navigate stressors in ways that make the most sense for you. You are not alone. I will work with you every step of the way to identify how to move your life away from emotional pain and stressors.

I work primarily with Asian/Asian Americain individuals to navigate feelings of multicultural issues, communication barriers, relationships, depression, and anxiety.

I became a therapist because I wanted to increase accessible mental health care and decrease the stigma of mental health among communities of color.

My approaches are person centered. I understand that not all treatments work for everyone. I will gear my sessions towards your goals and aspirations.

My background includes: serving the unhoused veteran population at the VA Medical Center, serving teens, Asian/Asian American, and LGBTQIA+ populations at local non-profits, and serving children whom are neurodivergent at local clinics.
