I love working with couples. I work from an attachment perspective and help couples love each other well and manage one another better. I also do codependency work, love and sex addiction, chronic pain and illness as well as sex/ intimacy issues.

I became a therapist after my own profound experience in therapy and healing. I love people and their stories and help them make meaning of their life

I offer telehealth now and do therapy on zoom or on the phone all over California.

I have been practicing for 20 plus years and work with trauma, the body, couples and attachment/recovery issues. My interests always evolve and change and I am always learning new things as a therapist. I hope to offer a dynamic and warm experience
