I utilize my Somatic training to use the body to work in the present, past, and sometimes future. It is a wonderful way to be whole and feel authentic. I like to emphasize Identity outside of our social obligations as well as connection.

Learn grounding skills, be curious about our needs and wants, identify authenticity, core beliefs, art and movement work, utilize spirituality or connection to highest self, remain goal-oriented, heal and grow!

Suffer from panic disorder, difficult regulating themselves, find themselves always questioning themselves.
