I have a relaxed and conversational approach focusing on education, self-acceptance, and building self-awareness in order to reach your goals.
I draw upon my experience and education as a therapist and my study of Buddhist philosophy and Ayurveda; including 6 years living in a Buddhist gompa. I strive to inform, empower, and build self-acceptance that leads to positive growth.
Learn about the brain, human behavior, your specific behaviors, your relationships, your self-care, and your strengths! We need to learn about the good to work with the "bad". Understanding your mind can help you work with it more reliably.
I specialize in working with teens and adults (students and professionals) who have high demands and difficulty finding the balance. I also really enjoy working with men who are looking to grow and improve their relationships.
Talking with my Mom as a teen while she shared her experiences in therapy. It sparked an endless fascination with the brain and human behavior.
I offer Nature Walk Therapy at Mission Trails, good flexibility for my online sessions, in-person sessions in my office in La Mesa, CA.
