I take an integrative approach using evidence-based practices such as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and combine them with mindfulness practices.

Struggle with anxiety and OCD, ongoing worry, restlessness, or thoughts around worst-case scenarios. My clients also frequently express goals related to coping skills, self-esteem, setting boundaries, and forming meaningful connections with others.
