My work is grounded in therapy proven to be effective in practice, not just theory. I primarily use a CBT model, where together we will examine thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and make meaningful changes towards achieving your desired goals.
Together we will help you reduce suffering, improve relationships, and feel comfortable with emotion. We examine what is holding you back, while working to practice new skills to get "unstuck" from old patterns and moving towards the life you want.
Preteens, teens, adults who struggle with overwhelming emotion, impulsive behavior, and/or anxiety that holds them back from the important things in life. I also support parents to build skills and confidence to parent kids with big emotions/anxiety.
I became a therapist because shifting my own mindset and implementing effective skills have made a dramatic impact on the life of my family and me.
I provide flexibility between in-person and telehealth sessions. My office is centrally located near the airport or you can choose to meet online.
