I walk the road of healing with clients, giving them the tools and confidence to choose their preferred paths. I believe strongly in a client-centered approach that honors client agency in choosing therapeutic goals and outcomes.

I approach therapy through a systemic lens: I believe our history, culture, community, and relationships are integral parts of understanding current experience. In broadening the scope to view these systems we also deepen our understanding of self.

I have worked professionally with children and adolescents over the last four years in various coaching, teaching, and therapeutic capacities. My undergraduate degree was in the humanities and my love of art and drama informs my clinical practice.
