I strive to create an environment where you will be seen, heard, and understood. I meet you where you are and will walk with you wherever that goes.
I use Adlerian theory to help understand the nature of what brought you into counseling. I focus on goals and life tasks to drive healing, and it is important to me that every step we take is collaborative. I believe you are the expert on yourself.
Together we will discuss what brought you into counseling, and how that has impacted your life. It's important to me that we look at how these things impact you, how they cause you to see yourself and others, and how we can bring in healing change.
I am passionate about working with people who have traumas, life transitions, or are just not happy with where they are, and are motivated to make a change.
I know how important being lifted up and supported can be. I want to do the same for others, and help them build their strengths.
We support our clients as a team. We constantly seek out new knowledge, techniques, and wisdom to provide our clients with the best care we can.
