In sessions, you will navigate life's challenges while staying true to yourself and your values. We will discuss self-limiting thoughts and behaviors and find ways through or around them.

Though I have worked with folks of various identities, I specialize in neurodivergent individuals and high-achieving individuals in high-stress stages of living.
