I'm described as empathetic, kind, understanding, knowledgable and practical. It is my goal to teach clients what they need to get and stay better.

I primarily use cognitive and behavioral approaches - assisting clients in learning how the way they think has a direct impact on how they feel and behave. I also include faith-based principles for those clients seeking this form of treatment.

We will work together to determine the source(s) of your difficulties, determine the best approach to treat these difficulties, and together work toward the highest level of healing and recovery possible.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, panic, depression, grief and loss, sexual/pornography addiction, and compulsive eating. I work with persons age 18+, with both men and women and I welcome perople from all walks of life without judgement.
