Warm, intelligent, compassionate, enthusiastic, attuned, grounded.
I aim to bring together mind and body to promote therapeutic change. In our work, we will learn how your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations relate to one another and use this information as a guide for transforming your pain into purpose.
Together, we will create a transformative and empowering space in which you can explore your full humanity in all its beauty and complexity and discover how to meet life's many challenges with a renewed and enduring sense of wonder and wellbeing.
are searching for a path through difficult experiences, who are willing to look into and be curious about their emotional and physical pain, and who hope to discover, through therapy, the deep wisdom and healing power within themselves.
