My clients feel understood, heard and safe. I genuinely care for and prioritize my clients, while helping normalize and validating their feelings.
I recognize that starting therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable. I emphasize the importance of creating a secure and trusting rapport, in order for my clients to feel accepted, comfortable, and a place to be your authentic self.
Together, we identify the barriers that are getting in the way and learn effective coping skills to help foster a meaningful life. I help guide individuals in identifying their own strengths to create realistic steps in order to reach their goals.
Common areas I support my client's in include; anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, stress management, organization & time management, relationships, family dynamics, grief, communication skills, mindfulness, conflict resolution, and life transitions
I want to support and encourage client's to process their past, understand the present, and evolve in ways that align with their values and goals.
Telehealth provides immense flexibility and ease for clients. There is value in being in the comfort of your own space when participating in therapy.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time outside and with my dog. Hobbies of mine include; going to the beach, riding my bike, paddle boarding, playing tennis, practicing yoga and meditation, traveling, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
