I approach every person as a distinct individual. I believe in honest and authentic conversations to help identify goals and barriers. I believe in providing a safe and supportive space to be able to do the work in therapy.

Together we will work on helping you navigate through whatever brought you to therapy. The journey for those goals is unique to every individual and we will create that path for you together!

I have the most experience working in the field of addiction, LGBTQ+ issues, & trauma related issues Every single person is different; even if they have the same symptoms. By looking at the individual, every treatment journey is specialized.

I became a therapist because I wanted to be able to provide a space that I was always looking for as a client.

I offer virtual therapy which allows for you to be in your own, familiar & comfortable, environment to do therapy work.

Currently I am seeing clients via telehealth. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for any client to be able to engage and do the uncomfortable work that can happen with therapy.
