In my approach, I really focus on providing a nonjudgmental environment for you to have a space to address the issues in your relationship or mind that bother you. I utilize CBT, Gottman, EMDR, SFBT, and Intimacy therapies.

I help clients focus on intimacy with each other, themselves, and with their inner spirit. Thus we discuss mental health, relationships, sex, spirituality, families, work, self-esteem, hobbies, coping skills, family of origin, abuse, and trauma.
