My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral aimed at connecting thoughts and feelings to behaviors.
I became a therapist because I enjoy helping individuals become self-aware and find a better life balance.
I provide Telehealth sessions. This allows for afternoon and evening psychotherapy sessions.
I have working experience in the mental health field since 2004. I have a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University.
