Through an integrative approach, I draw from various therapeutic methods to collaborate closely with you. I utilize body-based trauma processing therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered approaches, and art/creative-based therapies.
Clients often come to me with high-functioning anxiety, past trauma that they want to process, and a desire to increase self care. My goal is to work together to foster healing and resilience.
