Warm, collaborative, expressive, interpersonal, and empathetic. I strive to provide a space that feels welcoming, nonjudgmental, and safe.
An Integrative approach uses multiple approaches to help clients. In most cases, this means a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic therapies. The approach is flexible and based on the needs of the client.
Develop coping skills that can be useful both now and in the future. We will also work to identify negative thoughts, practice new skills, problem solve, and set goals so that you can fully live in the present moment.
Are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, life transitions, eating disorders, career counseling, and panic. I have experience working with individuals in acute crisis as well as with people needing long term therapy.
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I view the whole person, not simply the presenting problems.
We embrace and respect diversity and consider the intersectionality of identity in treatment. We also strive to empower you through holistic care.
Through my own therapy, I have learned how to manage my anxiety and panic so that it no longer has control over me. It's important to understand that this process won't always feel good, but it can be completely worthwhile in the end.
