Hi! My clients describe me as relatable and that they feel heard, understood, and genuinely accepted. They are grateful for the respect and insights.
My approach to therapy is client centered and begins with a conversation to get to know you, your history, identities, struggles and strengths. Therapy begins as you are able to trust me and the process and honestly share your thoughts and feelings.
We will develop new insights and self awareness. This might include clarifying values, understanding relationship dynamics, or recognizing the impact past experiences have on current functioning. New insights provide direction for needed change.
I specialize in working with millennials who are struggling in relationships, self-worth, and who feel anxiety regarding the future. I enjoy working with anyone who wants to understand themselves better - and/or understand the impact of their past.
I have always known I would be a psychologist - I have always wanted to help ease the hurt or pain of others.
My practice is all teletherapy. My clients say that online therapy is convenient, and is just as intimate and helpful as in person.
I love what I do! I take a concierge approach to my practice which means fewer clients, more flexible scheduling, direct access to me, quicker response to inquiries, personalized sessions, no 3rd party billing, and no diagnosis required.
