My approach is client-centered and holistic. We will explore all aspects of yourself including mental, emotional, physical, relational, spiritual, and sexual. All of these parts come together to make you who you are and influence your journey.

Explore any issues you are facing and find what works best for you. We will create a safe space to talk about the things you may not be able to with anyone else. With me, everything is on the table because everything is a part of you and your story.

Are experiencing difficult issues such as trauma or sexual concerns. I have extensive training in working with LBGTQ+ clients, non-traditional relationships, trauma, and more.

I love helping people explore the deepest parts of themselves and find hope and healing.
