Hello, I am Laura Whites, a licensed clinical social worker helping individuals with grief and loss, anxiety disorders and compulsive behaviors. I expand on the word loss to include anything or anyone that is important to you or any major life change

Many of my clients are experiencing complicated or prolonged grief and benefit from have a safe space to discuss their unique loss or losses. Many of the compulsions I help with are related to spending and food.
