My approach is person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I strive to provide concrete tools and coping strategies for immediate relief while also providing a safe, non-judgmental space to process thoughts and feelings in your own time.

I am passionate about helping people set boundaries in their relationships, advocate for themselves, build self-confidence, and commit to realistic self-care. I am mindful of the importance of context, including systemic barriers and cultural norms.
Telehealth is a convenient option that allows for flexibility within your schedule (eg. no commute) and meeting in the comfort of your own space.
I center my work on the belief that fundamentally every one of us is doing the best we can at any given moment. I strive to create the space necessary to move through what feels, and can be, unbearable, and move forward with hope and intention.
