I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, low self-esteem, and life changes. I utilize evidence-based techniques, including CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and gender affirming.
I view everyone from a strengths-based and person-centered perspective. Through this process, we will work on building coping skills and identifying ways to manage symptoms to help you pursue a life that is fulfilling and mentally healthy.
