That it takes into account the inherent challenges women face on a daily basis and how those challenges can exacerbate anxiety. That it prioritizes understanding and working through root causes of anxiety to help you live more peacefully.
Slow down the urgent energy that anxiety can make you feel. Doing so will allow you to more thoughtfully respond to your anxiety and what it tells you to do. You'll be able to reorient yourself to the present moment and live more mindfully.
Are women struggling with anxiety who obsess over the past, worry about the future, and struggle to be in the present moment. Women who want to learn how to give themselves grace and compassion so they can learn to enjoy life's simple pleasures.
