Together we will work to break unhelpful cycles, build on your strengths, and move towards the life you want and deserve. We will address underlying beliefs and fears that get in your way, and we'll explore new ways of handling difficult situations.
I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety and depression, having trouble adjusting to big life changes, experiencing relationship conflicts or communication issues, and/or hoping to improve their self-esteem.
With couples, I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach, which helps to uncover and verbalize the deeper thoughts and emotions at the heart of the problem and break out of the unhelpful cycles that leave you feeling alone and frustrated.
