Kind and empathetic. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story.
Therapy should be a safe and non-judgmental place to talk about your life. Therapy should also teach you skills that you can use to help manage whatever struggles you are facing at the time.
Work together to determine how you can live your best life. Common concerns I work with include anxious thoughts, feelings of depression, life transitions, adjustment to illness, perfectionism, self-care, self-compassion, and relationship issues.
Struggle with feelings of anxiety. My clients describe themselves as "worriers" and have difficulty slowing down their racing thoughts. They often struggle with their ability to focus, have difficulty sleeping, and struggle with perfectionism.
I believe that therapy works. I enjoy supporting and guiding others while they discover solutions to their problems in order to live a happier life.
Virtual visits can be done from the comfort of your own home. My office location offers free parking in downtown Ann Arbor.
Your identity is important to me. I may not have shared a common experience with you, but I hope that I can provide a place where your voice can be heard and your story can to told.
