Typically, I'm gently direct with people. I'll give you the truth, challenge they way you are thinking of things and work with you to develop the skills or adjustments you need so you can make the changes that you seek in your life.

Depending on the reason for meeting, we'll work on thoughts or behaviors that get in your way. Develop skills to move forward. Ways to let go of the things of the past that are haunting you. And keep the courage to take the next step.

I love working with couples on their relationship and parenting. Marriage and raising kids can be challenging, and often very discouraging. With 4 adult kids, I've seen plenty of difficulties. Let's navigate the minefield of parenting and marriage.

I've struggled with depression and anxiety, overcome some significant health problems, faced financial and career difficulties, and had family hurdles. It's all been useful in helping people overcome their challenges in life.
