Open, authentic, and genuine with clients. Direct when needed. I believe safety and trust are most necessary for the foundation of the therapy space.
I know therapy can be intimidating. It is my purpose to find what sets everyone apart, helping them discover and develop the tools they have within them. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but rather it is shaped by your needs and experiences.
Work (together) towards your goal. My approach is shaped by Person-Centered, Humanistic, and Internal Family Systems therapy. I also integrate techniques from other theories to best meet your needs. I follow your lead to find what works best for you.
adults who feel stuck in the moment. I work with anxiety, depression, multiracial identity, life transitions, self-esteem, exploring identity, learning to create balance in life, and building comfort in identity. I love working with college students!
I enjoy supporting others and highlighting their strengths. I seek to share how your quirks and differences make you special, not "bad" or "strange".
Our office location is two blocks from Bde Maka Ska which allows for walk & talks by the lake if desired. I offer telehealth and in-person therapy.
I am passionate about working with individuals through their identity exploration and in creating comfort with identity when it doesn't seem to fit in boxes. I believe it is vital to hold space for acceptance and compassion with fluidity of identity.
