Someone who is warm, gives validation/encouragement, promotes a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere, compassionate/nurturing, empathetic, and open-minded.
I utilize a holistic, integrative approach. I view my clients from an Attachment Theory lens and I often focus on their needs and what they may feel like they are missing in terms of their wants/needs.
Discuss how to navigate daily stressors including anxiety or depression, increase your interpersonal communication/boundaries, and nurture your relationship with yourself and with others. If you are grieving a loss, we will process and heal together.
I work with individuals and couples struggling with daily stressors or difficult life transitions. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, and attachment and relationship concerns.
Helping people was one way that I knew how to make a difference in the world. Collectively, there was a shift in how people viewed mental health.
Our office spaces provide a warm and comforting atmosphere with natural light beaming through the windows. The room feels cozy and inviting.
I obtained my Master's degree from Adler Graduate School. I will be pursuing my LMFT licensure. I am a certified life coach. I have developed a passion for women and couples going through pregnancy loss and infertility struggles.
