My goal is to create a collaborative space where the client feels they can face their challenges.
I mostly use a person-centered approach and cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is to create a space where the client feels safe, productive, and supported.
Together, we can explore challenges relating to life transitions, interpersonal issues, and anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. In couples therapy, we can work to improve communication, boundary setting, parenting, intimacy, and family dynamics.
I am in a private practice in Highland Park in St Paul. My office is cozy and relaxed. You are welcomed to make yourself a warm drink in our Keurig.
I have immediate openings! Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, playing with my two cats, and going on adventures with my dog. I enjoy Star Wars, crocheting, baking, and going to state parks.
