I meet the client where they are at and adapt my approach to what they need. Everyone shows up to therapy at a different place in life which means as a therapist being flexible with the approach is a priority to help guide the process for each person
Everyone has their own reasons for seeking out therapy which becomes our goal during sessions. We will explore what you are wanting to process or grow in with the support and guidance to help you achieve your goals.
It is centrally located in a building that is ADA compliment and located close to a bus stop.
