What is most important to me is for my clients to feel a space that feels authentic, safe, and free of any judgment.
I base my therapeutic models on psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. I continually learn new therapies to best suit my client's needs unique needs.
Seeking therapy can be intimidating. I will invite you to share issues you feel uncomfortable outside of the therapy room where we can challenge them, aiming to foster a sense of inner freedom.
