People will explore their history with the intent not to judge but to discover old beliefs and patterns that might be disrupting how they see themselves, how they show up in relationships, and how they shape their future.

I work with individuals who often are perfectionists or perpetual care givers who seem to not be able to keep up with the demands they or others are putting on them. They find themselves overwhelmed and often depressed, anxious, or both.
