My goal in therapy is to provide a space that feels open, enlightening, and safe for exploration and growth.
Therapy is not one size fits all and every person requires a little something different. I use a combination of approaches a few being narrative approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, strengths based, and trauma focused care.
Therapy can be challenging but discomfort is where change happens. Together we can explore stress, loss, personal growth, values, abandonment, blending families, relationships, boundary setting, communication, anxiety, life changes, and even more.
I specialize in working with children and families but I also have experience working with adults and parents with a variety of issues including self-esteem, trauma, personal goals and growth, stress, and interpersonal relationship problems.
I became a therapy because I love listening, supporting, and helping other gain perspective in stressful and hard times.
