You come to sessions with more than the struggles you're facing. You bring your hopes, values, culture, &experiences. Together we will dive into your story, identify goals, &navigate obstacles to creating new habits or patterns while finding healing.

I specialize in working with individuals from different cultures/backgrounds including the LGBTQIA+ community, immigrants, those currently undergoing life transitions (age, career, parenthood, etc.), navigating trauma or domestic violence.

I always knew I wanted a career in which I helped others. It's an honor for me to be part of my client's lives and healing journey.
