Before deciding to pursue therapy as a career, I worked as an EMT. Throughout this journey, I noticed I had a knack for psych patient calls.
I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
I used to volunteer at the national suicide hotline as a young teenager and developed a good sense of how to relate to others.
