When I work with individuals I hope they feel heard and understood. I want them to know I am on their team and ready to tackle the issue at hand.
My goal is for individuals I see to have actual strategies, ideas, and skills to take away from our sessions. Once we determine a plan of action, I want the time to be productive so people can make lasting changes.
In our sessions, clients and work on managing emotions, communication skills, improving relationships, personal growth, and strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
