My clients tend to describe me as warm, calming, and accepting.
In therapy, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness practices, self-compassion practices, solution-focused therapy, and feminist therapy when appropriate.
My goal as a therapist is to help my clients feel accepted, heard, and motivated to reach their goals. Together we can find out what is in the way of your wellbeing and work to move past it.
Although I work with many types of clients, I particularly enjoy working with fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community and the ADHD/Autism communities.
This space is sex-positive, which means that you will find no shaming here regarding consensual expression of sexuality. I am kink-friendly, and I support those who explore their sexuality, identity, or mental health through kink.
