My goal is to support you in finding your strengths and inner wisdom that will serve as a foundation for your mental wellness journey. I can help you learn to regulate your emotions by teaching you cognitive and mindfulness skills.
Together, we will work on regulating emotions, tolerating distress, processing trauma and improving interpersonal relationships. Most importantly, to achieve these things, we will work on your self worth and confidence.
I specialize in working with people who are having difficulty coping with their symptoms of bipolar, borderline personality, trauma and anxiety. I understand how living with mental health struggles can impact one’s self worth and life perspective.
I became a therapist due to personal experiences with mental health struggles and I am passionate about helping people feel like they are not alone.
Virtual therapy is convenient and comfortable. It offers more flexibility with scheduling and can be just as effective as in person therapy.
