During our sessions, we will build skills. In between our sessions, you’ll put those into practice in your day-to-day life. When we come back together, will work on how you can continue to strengthen your ability to use those skills effectively.
Build skills that you can put into practice in your life so you can do the things you really want to do. You’ll learn how to be more assertive, set boundaries, manage anxiety, improve relationships, and build your self-confidence.
Struggle with things from the past that keep affecting their daily life now. I help people whose anxiety interferes with their social life, work, and even sleep. I also help people who struggle with binge eating learn skills to change.
