I will not downplay your feelings/experiences or mislead you concerning the work therapy takes-I do this by encouragement, patience and support.

Therapy can also include providing after session exercises (e.g. writing prompts, creative journaling and many more activities). Clients share these activities help with personal reflection and accountability.

Explore barriers and work on new ways to approach various relationships, trauma experiences, communication concerns and examine how you can learn from these challenges.

Are overall open to explore personal change, anxious, depressed, experiencing various life challenges, dysfunction in interpersonal relationships and individuals with a history of foster care/adoption.

It is fulfilling to provide a space for people to discuss difficult topics and/or feelings.

As a telehealth therapist, I am flexible with where you choose to have therapy. You can have sessions wherever is convenient, comfortable and private.
