I am an insight & intuition oriented therapist who is trained/experienced in science, holistic and energy based approaches. I believe in building strong foundations of skills and habits, deeply knowing yourself, and full acceptance of self.

I help clients who want to explore the connections between present experiences and the past. Understanding patterns empowers us to change the present. I believe self-love/compassion and forgiveness are foundational to transformative change.

I experienced my own challenges growing up, and many amazing people helped me grow. I wanted to help alleviate the same suffering.

I have a deep love of everything nature; except ticks. :D Nature grounds, calms and teaches me. I believe in finding or creating similar structures for clients so they can remain grounded in a sanity-challenging world.
