My clients would describe me as a good listener that is understanding, empathetic and passionate about helping them in every way I can.
I have a non-judgmental therapeutic stance and will create a psychologically safe space to meet you where you're at. I'll acknowledge you as an expert regarding yourself and will empower you with the tools you need to lead a healthy life.
You’ll guide the therapeutic process as we work together to develop new skills and strategies to cope with any past trauma or current challenges, reduce your stress and make positive changes to improve your well being and relationships.
I'm especially good at working with individuals who've experienced abuse, neglect or significant trauma. I also specifically work with people with concerns related to adjustments, anxiety, depression, abandonment, gender identity or sexual identity.
I've overcome adversity and trauma myself by confronting the impact of it with a therapist and I wanted to empower others with tools to do the same.
At this time I am able to offer online video teletherapy through an easy-to-use, secure, HIPAA compliant portal for clients called Therapy Portal.
"Never Give Up" is our guiding message of hope. We envision a world where all people can experience healing and transformation. NGU Wellness strives to inspire long-term holistic wellness for its staff and the clients they serve.
