Relatable and comforting. We embrace the discomfort of shame or fear with humor and engage in conversation to establish trust and genuity.
I am committed to accompanying my client on their therapeutic journey with warmth, honesty, and honorable actions. I understand affirmations and validation have reverb and also believe in the let your hair down, take your shoes off, kind of therapy.

I completed a Master of Arts in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. Additionally, I hold a BA in Psychology of Religion from Wilmington College, where I conducted an independent study on the psychology of religion.
