I regularly check in with clients to see how they feel about the direction of their therapy. I'm always open to explaining my approach or to making adjustments. I also provide a brief, written summary of our sessions to increase effectiveness.

I specialize in working with people who have been reluctant to try therapy or who have not been satisfied with therapy received in the past.

I was drawn in to working with disadvantaged youth because there was such a need. Then I grew to enjoy working with all populations.

Tele-therapy allows people to be where they are most comfortable, at a time that works best for them. I love the flexibility it offers both of us!
