Together, we will dig into whatever is causing you distress and will create a path forward. It may feel scary, but over time, you’ll discover how leaning into hard emotions can become your unique superpower.
I enjoy working with clients who view therapy as a long-term way to manage their mental health. I will be happy to help you sort through the immediate problems you are facing, but it’s important to not view therapy as a quick fix.
