Warm and approachable! I try to balance space to process with concrete strategies, and the occasional gentle push out of your comfort zone.
I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which involves identifying what you want in life and how you want to show up for yourself and others. We work on viewing thoughts and feelings as information rather than as driving forces.
In our sessions we'll work collaboratively to identify what is causing you to feel stressed or burned out, develop strategies to get you unstuck, and identify what you want from life.
Experience anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout. My clients often struggle with work-life balance, self esteem, and feeling unhappy despite being successful on paper. I also provide evaluation for ADHD and autism (adults only).
I believe we all do the best we can with what we know at the time. It is a privilege to sit along side someone while they make positive life changes.
