Explore what you have tried this far, including what has worked and what has created barriers. We will look into your goals, where you would like to be in the next 6-12 months, and collaborate on a your ability to anchor in lasting change.
We are located in the heart of the Portland Metro area. We see clients in person and have virtual appointments available. Our team is text-savvy.
