My clients have told me that it's clear I'm really paying attention, and I always challenge them to see a new perspective and mae a change.
I studied philosophy before psychology and I bring that background to my work. I blend behaviorist models with Humanist models in order to balance deep introspection and self understanding with real world behavior change through grounded mindfulness.
We will find the natural flow back and forth between exploring your internal world to help you understand your behavior and mindfulness based techniques to actually change your behavior in the external world.
Are you feeling internally conflicted? Is making you feel stuck and anxious? Maybe that internal conflict is manifesting in conflicts with others? Are ready to get to know yourself better and make some real changes? This is what I can help with.
It seemed to me from a relatively young age that the biggest problem facing humanity is people getting along with each other and with themselves.
My office is on the second floor and has large south facing windows with trees outside, so it has a lot of natural light and a serene view.
I studied philosophy before I studied psychology. So, my approach is very socratic. It's like I am an investigative interviewer, except you are my subject and also the audience. My job is to uncover hidden truths about you and give them back to you!
