I view the key to healing as honesty with one’s self, and I offer a collaborative and transparent approach to help clients reach a place of stability.
I cater my treatment to each client, and often pull from psychodynamic, mindfulness and behavioral theories. My approach is a combination of guiding clients to better understand themselves, and providing tools to help weather emotional storms.
My areas of focus include working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship conflicts and grief. I am also passionate about working with children, adolescents and families.
